Summer is on the peak and keeping the body hydrated is need of the hour. Lemon is must as it helps give energy as well as beats the heat.
Try this recipe of Lemon Soda Shikanji – call it Banta, Soda lemon or Soda Shikanji. Everyone will love this Shikanji with a Fizz.
Mix water, sugar, black salt & black pepper powder. Stir this until the sugar dissolves.
Once the sugar is dissolved then add lemon juice & soda water to the mix.
Add ice if required. Add few fresh Mint leaves to Garnish.
Serve immediately to save the Fizz.
