Rohu is one of the most commonly consumed fish in the country. It’s renowned for its soft and tender texture and fine taste. It’s rich in Vitamin C along with other minerals like proteins, amino acids, Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Zinc. You can grill the fish or make Bengali curry using mustard paste, onion seeds and lemon juice. Please note: We charge only for the final weight after cutting.Cuts available: n1. Whole: The shell, eyes and belly of the fish shall be cleaned and hygienically packaged. The final weight would be anywhere around 1-1.5 kgn2. Cut: 4-6 pc, weighing approx. 400gm.n3. Steak: The whole fish is cleaned and the shell, head, tail and gut is removed. Weight of each steak piece would be 180 to 200 gm.
