Ingredients: Vegetable Protein (Soy), Wheat Protein, Wheat Flour, Starch, Rice, Gram Dal, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Coriander Leaf, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Spices & Condiments.
1. For In Frying Pan: Remove Soya Shami Kabab from the packet and bring it to normal temperature. Then shallow fry/Deep fry in preheated refined oil for 2 minutes approx or (until it becomes golden brown and crispy).
Note: Oil temperature should be 190°C/374°F or fully hot for deep fry.
2. For Oven Baking: Preheat the oven to 250°C / 425°F. Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and bring it to normal temperature. Arrange the Soya Shami Kabab in a single layer tray and bake for 10 minutes until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Now it is ready to serve with mint sauce.
Store at -18°C. Do not re-freeze after thawing.
Consume it the same day after bring it to normal temperature & opening the packet.
