Ingredients: Oats (44.70%), Foxtail Millet (26.30%), Sugar, Iodized Salt, Wheat Flour, Spices & Condiments (3.5%) (Black Pepper (0.90%), Cumin (0.90%), Ginger Chilly Powder (0.60%), Dried Curry Leaves (0.30%)), Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower).
1. Empty the contents of the pouch into a pan.
2. Pour 1 1/2 cup (1250 ml) water into the pan or fill water in the empty pouch up to the level indicated below and pour into the pan.
3. Cook for 3 min on a medium flame with occasional stirring or microwave for 3 min on full power. Stir Occasionally.
4. Mix well and serve hot.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from strong odours. Do not buy the pack if found open/torn.
