Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chili, Paprika, Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Clove, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Garlic, Brown Cardamom, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide.

Steps of cooking:
1. Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, Shan Keema Mix and ground / minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.
2. Add tomatoes and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat (20-30 minutes) until mince is tender.
3. Add green chilies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates. Stir frequently.
For Gravy: Add 1-2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. If desired remove excessive oil before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot roti / naan.
Storage Advice: Store in a cool and dry palce.
