Processed in a plant manufacturing Wheat, Milk and Soya Based Products.
Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat the oil in Kadhai/Wok (max. temperature upto 175°C).
Step 2: Take the product from the freezer. Fry Directly - Do not thaw.
Step 3: Put the desired quantity gently in hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Seal & keep the remaining product in freezer.
Oven: Preheat Oven to 220°C. Arrange Frozen Aloo Tikki in a single layer.
Airfryer: Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C. Bake (approx. half pack) for 14-16 minutes until golden brown flip in between.
Shallow Fry On Frying Pan (Tawa):
Preheat little amount of oil. Shallow fry on medium flame for about 6-8 min., turning occasionally.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Reduce cooking time when cooking smaller quantity.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C Or Below.
