Basa 65%, Breadcrumbs 27% (Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Salt, Stabilizer E282, Yeast, Acidity Regulator E260), Water 3%, Batter 2% (Wheat Flour, Maize Starch, Maize Flour, Salt, Stabilizer 466), Red Chilli Flakes 2%, Green Chilli.
Allergy Advice: Fish, Soy, Gluten.
Easy To Prepare:
1. Heat oil in a kadhai / deep fat fryer to 180°C.
2. Without thawing, put the desired quantity of frozen Cambay Tiger Chilli Fish Fingers into hot oil.
3. Deep-fry till golden brown.
4. Take out, drain, and serve hot.

Storage: Keep it frozen at -18°C or less, it's not a big fan of summer. Do not refreeze after defrosting... too many weather changes for its liking.
