Edibile Maize Starch, Edible Common Salt.
Contains permitted synthetic food colour FD & C Red No.40 (Allura Red-E129) and added artificial flavour (Raspberry).
Direction To Use:
Step 1: Measure Blue Bird Custard Powder (20gm for custard sauce, 30gm for fruit salad, 40gm for pudding) into a bowl. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk to make a smooth paste.
Step 2: Boil the 500ml milk with 50gm sugar stirring it properly. Then remove from heat.
Step 3: Add the paste and cook again for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
Moulded Pudding: After removing the mixture from heat, add one tea spoon butter. Finally pour into a wetted mould and leave to set.
Fruit Salad: At the final cooking stage, add cream or malai for best results.
Jelly With Custard: Take one packet of Blue Bird Jelly Crystal and make a jelly mould. Pour custard sauce (room temperature) to the jelly mould and set in the fridge.
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
