Step 1

Blend together mango, almonds, pistachios, juice of ½ lemon, castor sugar, mint leaves and soda into smooth mixture.

Apply some lemon juice on the rim of a tall serving glass and coat with chilli powder. Pour the mango-soda mixture and serve garnished with mint sprig.
