Personal Information

Brownbag BBEarly Service is one of the best part of Tangyleaf Online Services (Brownbag) which is developed to help the customers to get basic need products like milk, bread, butter, yogurt, paneer, cheese, eggs, biscuits, spices, vegetables etc. daily, periodically (weekly, monthly) by paying in advance. As the Sun comes up everyday, so will our BBEarly service will be there to serve you. By accessing the services provided by the Application/Website you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Eligibility

BBEarly Service of the Brownbag Website/Application would be available to only selected societies of Dwarka, Delhi and Vasant Kunj. Persons who are "incompetent to Indian Contract Act, 1872" are not eligible to use the this App. If you are a minor (13-18 years old) - i) You may use the App only under the supervision of a parent/guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. ii) You are strictly prohibited to buy anything which is for adult use and the sale of which to minors is banned.

License & Website/Application Access

Tangyleaf Online Service (Brownbag) grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this Website/Application but do not allow you be reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit it for any commercial purpose without legal approval from us. You are strictly prohibited to download/copy any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (images, text, page layout, user interface or form layout) of the Website/Application without legal approval from us.

Registration & Account Obligations

All subscribers have to register and login for subscribing/placing orders on the Website/Application. As part of the registration process on Brownbag Website/Application, we may require the following personal information from you: first and last name , email address, mobile number, address, gender and browsing information on Website/App. You have to keep your account & registration details current and correct for communications related to your BBEarly/purchases from the Website/Application. By agreeing our terms and conditions, you agrees to receive promotional sms, emails, whatsapp upon registration. The customer can stop that by contacting to the customer service.

Products Pricing

All the products listed on Brownbag Website/Application will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on/before the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuates daily but prices of some of the products like vegetables, fruits etc may change on a daily basis. Prices of the products are increased/descreased before 2PM everyday.

Important Note

  • i.All the schemes, Cashbacks & promotions have been put on hold temporarily until further notice.
  • ii.Order cancellation charges are applicable if customer is unreachable and does not accept the order specially in CORONA/ exceptional scenario/Blocked Zone etc.

Mobikwik Supercash Tems & Conditions

  • i.Get 10% supercash on recharge or purchase of Rs.1000 & above
  • ii.Code "KWIK10"
  • iii.Applicable only once upto Rs.100
  • v. SuperCash will be directly credited to your MobiKwik wallet within 24 hours.
  • vi.MobiKwik and Brownbag reserve the right to discontinue the offer without any prior notice
  • vii.Your SuperCash balance can be used on a minimum transaction of Rs.100

Cash Pickup T&C

  • i.Minimum Amount required for cash pick up is Rs 1000.
  • ii.Rs 20 will be deducted from picked up amount as Cash Pick up charges if picked up amount is less than 5000.

T&C for BBEARLY 2.0

  • i.New Time Slot - 7:00 Am - 9:00 AM
  • ii.Grocery & Milk order Above 100 are free.
  • iii.Only Milk Rs.100 order is Rs.2 as previously.
  • iv.Orders below Rs.100 are chargeable to Rs.20

Cashback/Offer Policy

  • i. Brownbag cashback or Brownbag Coins (BBCoins) can be used only on Brownbag or BBEarly. Unused cashback will be forfeited in case account is closed or services are discontinued for any reason.
  • ii.Cashback is used last in any account after the principal amount has been used by the user. Principal amount is the amount added by the user in lieu of which cashback is issued.
  • ii.Brownbag reserve the right to discontinue the offer without any prior notice.
  • iii.If you discontinue the service, the cashback amount as well as offer amount (if provided), will be deducted before refund.

Cancellation/Pause

Any customer can cancel/pause their BBEarly anytime before the cut-off time by themselves or by calling our customer service. In that case, we will refund the left/full amount into your Brownbag wallet which can be used for re-subscribing or for placing day delivery orders. If we found any fraudulent transaction - we will immediately cancel any BBEarly/orders done by those transaction. We can create data of such fraudulent BBEarly/customers and we can deny their access in placing any orders or purchasing any BBEarly service.

Return/Refunds

  • i. Manufacturer related issues like milk split, milk expiry date etc. will not be entertained by Brownbag/BBEarly. Such complains to be passed directly to the company. We are not responsible for any type of refund in such cases.
  • ii. Products can only be returned at the time of delivery if there is any quality issue.
  • iii. Any complaints regarding BBEARLY orders should be submitted by 12:00 PM (Same Day). Especially for perishable products. If any doubts regarding milk, dairy or perishable products, kindly do not open the packet. After opening manufacturer liability is NIL as communicated by AMUL, Mother Dairy etc.
  • iv. Perishable items cannot be returned on door once they have been ordered. Example - all type of breads, seafood and meat, all dairy products, frozen foods, fruits & vegetables etc.
  • v. Products once opened cannot be returned. Products can only be returned with original sealed packing. Some Products like masks cannot be returned once purchased.

You Agree and Confirm:

1. In case, the delivery address is wrongly filled by customers, we may charge extra amount for redelivery.

2. In case, plastic bags are not hung, we may charge Rs. 2 per day. (Please note bag is free only on first delivery. 2nd order on-wards there is a charge of Rs.2, per instance the bag has to be supplied by us. In case, a user wants to define a spot where the morning delivery needs to be kept, they can inform us).
